SFV Information

The San Fernando Valley , commonly known as the "Valley" is an urbanized valley located in Southern California. It is encircled by majestic mountains. It is situated just north of Los Angeles, and is home to approximately 1.75 million people. More than 50% of the Los Angeles land  lies within the San Fernando Valley. The other incorporated cities in the valley consist of Burbank, Glendale, San Fernando, Hidden Hills and Calabasas.

The San Fernando Valley is about 250 square miles bounded by the Santa Susana Mountains to the northwest, the Simi Hills to the west, the Santa Monica Mountains and Chalk Hills to the south, the Verdugo Mountains to the east, and the San Gabriel Mountains to the northeast.
